Nvidia drivers [GT 240M] produces 4 low resolution screens

Bug Description

As you can see, when i activate the drivers of nvidia (ge-force GT 240M) i see 4 screens in one monitor because of resulation problem, i can't even see 1024x768, and that's a big problem for me because i cant use the programs i want to use...

Anythink i can do for that? please help me.

-> Tried to write the resulation manually
-> installed everythink named nvidia, but no change.

Hello again.

 when i try to do this, after i apply the changes, i use my enter key, and ascii problem appears.

Not: i have just downloaded and installed the ubuntu os. Updated it, And just changed the language when it said me to do. (to turkish, if it effects the ascii). and did what you told me to do.

So can't send the information you want.

Sorry for writing again and again. But i think that, it really must be about xorg too. Because when i try to install my local linux distribution (i'm not going to give the name of it because it's unnecessary), which directly try to use the nvidia drivers, (it uses kde, not gnome) different screen problems appear too.
