Bug Description
I'm only using the Intel southbridge raid, ICH10, so I'm suprised this is being an issue especially given your using a production linux kernel version. Seems to be related to MD RAID being tainted by an external odule.
Anyway, this occurs everytime I boot.

Having a bit more time to go through these logs, I see two problems:
1. The Intel ICH10 southbridge chipset raid. This is the most user visible problem where EXT4 filesystem problems are reported on each boot and will most often result in no boot taking place.
2. The Creative XFi Titanium sound card coupled to my tri sli NVIDIA GTX480s is having problems. Each of my three GTX 480s has an nvidia audio driver component to it and I dont think the supplied nvidia graphics driver actually contains the sound drivers to run these features in them. I have manually installed the properitary NVIDIA drivers. Result is kernel panics about sound problems.
