notify_desktop plugin requires a lot of additional packages

Binary package hint: collectd

Hi,

the notify_desktop plugin of collectd requires a lot of additional packages which are normally not installed on a server.

e.g. it requires the notification-daemon and this requires gconf2...

It would be nice to have the notify_desktop plugin in a additional package to avoid this dependencies.
