rapidsvn doesnt remember programs/diff tool preferences after exit

Bug Description
Binary package hint: rapidsvn
Ubuntu Lucid, using rapidsvn installed via apt-get. Each time it starts up I have to specify the diff tool I'd like to use. It doesn't seem to remember this setting and its very annoying. It also doesn't seem to remember bookmarks. I assume there is some environment or user-specific profile issue.
