Bug Description
Binary package hint: bibclean
The sanity checking of the "year" field is configured to only accept years up to 2009 as sane. It is now 2010.
Lines 161 and 164 in /etc/bibcleanrc
Proposed fix: either allow years up to 2019, or up to 2099.

This seems to be a rather old bibcleanrc. At least in the actual version there is also support for years above 2009 -> Debian Bug #569688
