Menu misalignment on hires monitors

Bug Description
When using a hires monitor in myportfolio.ac.nz around 1900px wide the top menu moves off to the side of the other content.
The menu buttons still work - have tries in IE 7,8 and firefox - haven't been able to try in mahara.org though.

Did not manage to replicate this on master with 3200px wide monitor.
