Bug Description
On 2.6.35.3 thru 2.6.35.19 kernels I get this kernel WARNING short after boot. (see Bug #593434 )
WARNING: at /build/
Call Trace:

I have therefore tried to install 2.6.34 and 2.6.36-rc maverick kernels from the ubuntu mainline ppa.
But I get this error when trying to apply the headerfile. Have tried all 2.6.34 and 2.6.36 + drm-intel next:
dpkg: unable to read filedescriptor flags for <package status and progress file descriptor>: Bad file descriptor
I am running the maverick netbook remix on eee Hardware.
