unable to work on bills with tax

Bug Description
i m logged into web.
i use fresh code.
i goes to vendor invoices.i adds invoice lines.
when i added tax on it, and pres tab,it popped up ugly error.
File .......
tax_amount = self.read(cr, uid, ids[0], ['tax_amount'
IndexError: list index out of range
i tried to fix by removing the code(i kannot fix by the way), and it worked.
i wil study some technikal documentasion.
