Rhythmbox rating icon is sadly black

Bug Description
Recently I realized that the rating icon in Rhythmbox (any theme) is very disappointingly dull black; however a favourite song should have at least yellow coloured icon or at least an outlined, lighter gray.
I found that the star colour changes with the color settings for the text input fields in the theme customization tab.
Can it be controlled separately?

Yellow wouldn't contrast against the white background very well. Also, black matches the color of the rest of the text in the line.
