telepathy-glib fails to build on armel due to two unsuccessfull selftests

Bug Description

with version 0.11.13-1ubuntu1 telepathy-glib does not build anymore on armel, failing two tests at the end of the build.
one complains about invalid UTF-8, the other simply segfaults. dropping optimization to -O0 makes it build fine.

we build with -O0 now as the description says

It builds valid for -O0...do we want to do anything with this bug for for Maverick, or see when we sync at Natty...?
