edge rollouts broke CSS on revno 11435

    from __future__ import with_statement

Julian, 7675.784.7 was merged into devel just a couple of nights ago (it was originally a branch from db-devel last cycle, and db-devel was branched from devel 7675, hence the strange revno). I moved the code from the late BuildBase.

Bzr does have really confusing revnos sometimes. :(
