Bug Description

Binary package hint: metacity

1. Enable autoraise.
2. Open two terminal windows, #1 and #2.
3. Move mouse over #1, it gains input focus.
4. M-Tab to #2, input focus moves to #2.
5. After a short while (during which mouse is /not/ moved), focus returns to #1.

This behavior is considered undesirable and inconsistent with how it has been handled
by all WMs of the past.

I confirm it using all windows switcher of Compiz, so compiz plugins it inocent. Maybe autoraise will be suspended on keyboard activity and/or no mouse movement.

EOL have been reached, so no more maintenance. If that issue still exist, then report again using ubuntu-bug.
