VICE won't load, gives ROM error

Bug Description

Binary package hint: vice

Whenever you try to load any of the VICE programs (x64, x128, etc.) they give an error about not being able to find the kernal ROM:

Hi,

sadly the rom files are non-distributable. Please take a look at /usr/share/doc/vice/README.ROMs.

Marking the bug as won't fix, as we cannot fix it.
