Bug Description

Binary package hint: syslog-ng

Syslog-ng 3.1.2 was released beginning August. It has many bugfixes from different Linux distributions applied by upstream. A Debian testing package is available: http://packages.qa.debian.org/s/syslog-ng.html
For a detailed changelog, please check: http://www.balabit.com/downloads/files/syslog-ng/sources/3.1.2/changelog-en.txt
Syslog-ng is a leaf package, this is a minor update with many bugfixes, so I think it is safe and recommended update.
