"Edit row" interface stretches with horizontal scroll

Bug Description
If there are many fields in a table, the browse view will have a horizontal scrollbar. This is fine and can't be helped, however, the "Edit row" interface should be restricted to the width of the browser view. Because it is not, the textarea can be needlessly stretched, making it impossible to sensibly read and edit its value.
