I've set up a local copy with 148 blog entries and I can't replicate any slow response with PostgreSQL or MySQL. Clicking through the pager is fast, with no obvious CPU or disk IO that I can see.
I've attached the LEAP2A file I created to test with. The 'content' of each blog is generated Lorem Ipsum text (5 paragraphs), with the published/updated date incremented by one day.
