Bug Description

If you use the global search box in a site that uses the Django template, you are redirected to http://www.ubuntu.com/search/google-appliance/ubuntu (where 'ubuntu' should be the text you entered) no matter what you search for.

David, could you provide an example of a site that does this?

This can be seen when using the main domain-wide search box on at least:

 * http://webapps.ubuntu.com/partners/ <- and other webapps sites
 * http://training.canonical.com/
 * https://forms.canonical.com/sales/ <- and all other forms using the Ubuntu or Canonical theme

IIRC, it's caused by the search appliance module in Drupal using the default CSRF protection (requires form token) which ignores the external form field and defaults to 'ubuntu'.
