Leaving bulleted list not working on IE7

Bug Description

When using http://branch2.karl.sixfeetup.com/ for the TinyMCE editor upgrade, I have a problem with IE7 that works with FF. When doing a bulleted list, usually if you hit enter twice, you leave the bulleted list. On IE7, it appears to temporarily leave, but the cursor moves back to the bulleted list.

We'll start on Kaltura this week, look at finishing TinyMCE next week.
