Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager
System > Preferences > Power Management results in a popup that has no tab for the "On Battery Power" situation. The battery icon is not displayed in the task bar even though I have selected "always display an icon" on the "General" tab.
Maverick alpha on HP8440p laptop.
