Bug Description
Ever since nautilus-cd-burner has been around, burn-free had been turned off by default, but can be activated via a GConf key.
Given how fast modern CD-R's can be written, a highly fragmented BitTorrent download on a slower system (or laptop) can feasibly create a buffer underrun situation.
Every other CD burning application that I've used under Linux activates burn-free whenever it's available, but Nautilus implements it as a hidden option that 90% of people don't know exist.
Can we activate this feature by default?
