Bug Description
Binary package hint: vlc
Any h264 movie being played on this release(VLC 0.8.4.debian-
This is a known problem, the VideoLan developers are aware of it as well.
(Im writing this report 'partly' on request of the VLC developers)
Its quite a big issue as Ubuntu users cannot enjoy the power of h264, on the most powerfull video player/server there currently is.

There is a backport of the newer edgy package, and earlier this morning I uploaded an even newer edgy source package.
