Bug Description

Binary package hint: libuim3

When attempting to do a distribution upgrade from Dapper (CURRENT) to edgy, this is the result.

Unpacking libuim-data (from .../libuim-data_1%3a1.2.1-3_i386.deb) ...
dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/libuim-data_1%3a1.2.1-3_i386.deb (--unpack):
 trying to overwrite `/usr/share/locale/ja/LC_MESSAGES/uim.mo', which is also in package libuim0
Unpacking libuim3 (from .../libuim3_1%3a1.2.1-3_i386.deb) ...

Another user on IRC by the nick "momal" is having the same issue. Removing the package and trying to update again does not work as other packages are dependent on libuim3 to update.

ummm Momal here. It seems after running

dpkg -P libuim0

and then running

apt-get -f install

again it fixed the problem.
