In Debian bug tracker, Lucas Nussbaum reported that xdvik-ja package can't be removed.

I confirmed the same bug in my Ubuntu box. The version of xdvik-ja package is as follows:
$ apt-cache policy xdvik-ja

In Debian, the bug seems to be already fixed. Please update the package!
