Bug Description
I installed Ubuntu 10.04 on my computer and the splash screen was fine. Then I installed all the software that I really needed and when I restarted my computer the splash screen (UBUNTU with 5 red dots) was huge and low resolution. Did some program affect the splash screen, or what?

I just want to make it clear that everything else works perfectly well (resolution also) and only the splash screen is screwed up and huge. I was thinking that maybe it was some setting that messed up. Anyway to fix it?
