Bug Description
Binary package hint: indicator-sound
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open sound menu
2) Start playing music or if already playing music, press forward/back
What happens:
The Rhythmbox popup notification that says which song is currently playing pops up. But it annoyingly partially covers the sound menu.
What I would have expected happen, in order of my preference:
The Rhythmbox popup notification either doesn't come up (ala how the volume notification doesn't appear as you adjust sound volume in the menu);
or it comes up but below the menu;
or it comes up but is translucent like you've moused over it (it doesn't respond well to mouse overs after it pops up in this situation -- it takes a while for it to "get" that you're mousing over it)
Note that the popup notification stays below the menu if it was already showing when you opened the menu.
Screenshot of the symptom attached.
