After a while of use, nautilus starts using 70~85% of my CPU.

Does this happen every time? Do you have a way to reproduce this?
I would be very useful if you could provide a backtrace of what nautilus is doing when it's eating all the cpu time. This could be related to Bug #59967.
Install nautilus-dbg and libgnomevfs2-0-dbg packages. When nautilus starts to peg the cpu, type this on terminal:
$ gdb -p $(pidof nautilus)
(gdb) set pagination 0
(gdb) thread apply all bt
Attach the output as file.
