If change the wireless network card on the mac address, then can't connect to the wpa psk - wpa2 psk encryption's wireless lan

I use ubuntu910, My wireless network card is a dell computer corp.and minipci wireless network card and used the broadcom4318 chip, if I use the following command to change the wireless network card on the mac address ,then can't connect to the wpa psk - wpa2 psk encrypted wireless lan.sudo ifconfig wlan0 down;sudo macchanger wlan0 -m 00:23:cd:56:78:fd;sudo ifconfig wlan0 up
If I don't change the wireless network card on the mac address, it is normal connection to a wpa psk wpa2 psk encrypted wireless lan.
