Thunderbird desktop entries need Vietnamese translation

Bug Description

Binary package hint: thunderbird

The Thunderbird desktop entries lack a Vietnamese translation and thus appear in English.

It would be great if some Vietnamese translator could provide a translation as a comment or a patch in this bug, so that all Vietnamese users could benefit from a better localised Ubuntu experience.

Nowadays we collect Thunderbird desktop entry translations on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Translations/Wanted/ThunderbirdDesktop
Could someone add the proposed translation to the table on the wiki page?

It appears that someone has added the proper translations.
Generally speaking, it would be nice to turn those into a translatable template or have upstream handle it.
