Bug Description
If the keyring is locked when the utility runs, it simply fails to do anything useful.
Check whether the keyring is locked before doing anything else, and ask for the passphrase if necessary.
Note: This was not a problem in hardy, where I was prompted for the passphrase when the keyring was first checked.
