Bug Description
There is code in drizzledump.cc to list / explain a lot of options, however, calling drizzledump --help only gives us:
Usage: drizzledump [OPTIONS] database [tables]
OR drizzledump [OPTIONS] --databases [OPTIONS] DB1 [DB2 DB3...]
OR drizzledump [OPTIONS] --all-databases [OPTIONS]
We need to know what [OPTIONS] are.
