Hi Stefano,

I notice you filed this bug before maverick was officially released, and I know some important kernel fixes went in right around release time for freezes like this. Can you confirm whether or not you're still seeing this bug?

Haven't booted maverick for a while. In natty, and it is fixed here. So let's mark fix released.
