Bug Description
Binary package hint: subversion
The subversion package FTBFS when Python 2.7 support is enabled. The reason is shallow, but mysterious. The failure is caused by a handful of test failures, but everything else appears to work okay. In fact, upstream seems to be somewhat aware of the failures, but that did not hold up the 1.6.12 release.

I have not been able to find an upstream tracker issue on the subject, nor been able to engage #svn. I've not been able to find the root cause of the failures either, so I have a patch that simply disables those tests when Python 2.7 is being used.
