Bug Description
Binary package hint: edubuntu-artwork
The edubuntu-artwork packages is currently about 6MB large. The bulk of this is consumed by the wallpapers in the package. We plan to add some more wallpapers to make the desktop experience more exciting and engaging for people between the ages of 6 and 18.
Splitting the wallpapers up to a -wallpapers package will allow users to get bug fixes without having to download several megabytes of data that always stays the same. It also reduces load on build systems and space required on mirrors.
We will require a feature freeze exception in order to do this in time for the Ubuntu 10.10 release. This also serves as the FFE bug.

Defering to Natty, unfortunately we missed feature freeze by too far.
