Bug Description
in spanish classes, people should be able to ask a question in spanish, that is, by using "PREGUNTA:" instead of "QUESTION:"
is alright that classbot commands remain in english, since instructors might give classes in different languages, making commands consistent across classbot's instances, but for the case of users, I believe it should be localized.

I've just pushed revision 60 which partially fixes this bug. It allows the QUESTION: prefix to be translated, but it will probably not work for some languages (i.e. RTL languages) due to the regex.
