Bug Description
Binary package hint: empathy
Specifically, I am talking about the MSN accounts
Expected behaviour: Users who are idle or inactive should show up on the Empathy contact list as online (or idle).
Encountered behaviour: Idle or inactive users are shown as offline.
Note: This is not to be confused with users marked as away, just idle users.
This bug can be reproduced at will:
1. Log into MSN Messenger/Meebo, and find an inactive (but online!) user. Remember his/her name.
2. Log into empathy, and note that that user is not listed as online, but offline.
