Ubuntu 9.10, inkscape-devel Inkscape 0.47+9590+910 (ppa.launchpad.net)
blur rendering occurs for a pattern with blurs even when view mode is set to 'No Filters'.

reproduced with Inkscape 0.47 and 0.48+devel r9716 on OS X 10.5.8
