rfkill state stuck at 2

Bug Description

I really don't know how to report the bug as I didn't see the bug in the list after i reported the previous time.. This is how i noticed the bug..

while watching a movie in fullscreen, i drained the battery completely. When i hooked up the power cable and restarted the computer, The wireless is disabled.

I tried lshw -C network and got this
