Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubiquity

I know that this would be more like political bug because Kosovo (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kosovo) is partly recognized country and I will understand that you won't choose to add Kosovo in installation of Ubuntu, but anyway it should be included in the near future or at least to stay as open bug. If you choose to add Kosovo in the list and you are concerned about political issues you could add a new category at country list like " Non-UN countries" . 95% of Kosovars speak Albanian as native language, so we have translated about 40% of ubuntu and there is no need to open a new language in launchpad.
