Back and Forward buttons in Previous conservations window are reversed

Bug Description
Binary package hint: empathy
In the empathy Previous Conversations window ,Back and Forward Buttons are switched as Forward and Back
Usually within empathy and elsewhere in the system,
Back is on the left side and Forward is on the right , but in this window it has been switched.
Also to note is that the buttons do not have a consistent padding as mentioned
in the HIG:
"12 pixels of padding to either side of centered text (and any accompanying
graphic). If appearing in a group of buttons, longest button label sets button
size, center all other button labels and accompanying graphics in same-sized
buttons"
