files received from bluetooth in wrong directory

Bug Description
Binary package hint: bluetooth
in the bluetooth applet it is stated that received files arrive in the download directory under home, but in my experience they are placed into the desktop folder. So at least this behaviour is inconsistent. There is no UI element to change this.
