Vcc, 5V does not seem to be connected in V3 and V4

A bunch of components are not connected to power... the circuit is incomplete

Are you looking at the pictures or the eagle circuit files? I'm looking at the circuits right now and everything seems to be wired fine, although I might have missed something. If you are looking at the pictures of the circuit layout, I did not include the ground and V+ planes in the picture (a modification from V1 and V2), so that might be why things look disconnected. I can include those in a new picture, but things start to look really noisy.

I was looking at the eagle circuit files, but I may not have turned on the ground & Vcc layers... I'll check again and report back, it may be a non-issue. I did see they were connected in the diagram, maybe i just need to play more with eagle, I really haven't used it that much.

Click on the ratsnest icon when looking at the circuit layout (not diagram). It should redraw the polygons.
