photoblog displays 5 items incorrectly

On install, photoblog displays 5 items instead of only one, and displays each image twice. The first issue is really old and is a one-line fix in the installer. The second issue is due to attempting to dismantle the pre-staged params AND the solution to how many templates could not set their own image size. Rather than attempt to put it back how it was I added a new param "display_images" that assumes true, and have photoblog set it to false.

Branch (photoblog_doublebug) will be up fairly soon assuming it doesn't have another error half-way through creation.
