Provide a link to Add Book even if we find potential matches

Bug Description

Right now, if you add a book where we find potential matches, the interstitial page you end up on lists the potential matches, but doesn't provide a way to ignore those and go ahead and add the book you have.

The link could show at the bottom of the list of potential matches. "None of these match the book I want to add. Continue."

I'm afraid I don't know how to re-capture the initial form inputs once the search inserts itself in this step. I don't know how to construct a link or determine the original work ID to override the other IDs being populated in the results, or even if that information gets passed to this page.
