Bug Description
In order to initially display the Tekla Input Method's soft keyboard, the user needs to tap on an EditText view (widget), however, the soft keyboard should be displayed immediately after the Tekla Input Method is selected without requiring any further touch gestures.

The keyboard still requires a single input action to trigger the soft keyboard but it need not be selecting an EditText view, so it is a bit more convenient.
