I'm not very good at spanish but I believe your problem is due to this:

Configurando gallery2 (2.3-1ubuntu3.1) ...

There was a known problem in gallery2-2.3-1ubuntu3.1, hence the need for gallery2-2.3-1ubuntu3.3. Your upgrade path should be:

gallery2-2.3-1ubuntu1=>gallery2-2.3-1ubuntu3.3=>gallery2-2.3-1ubuntu6

I have retested this upgrade path multiple times in a VM and it does work.

To fix the failed gallery2 upgrade simple reinstall gallery2-2.3-1ubuntu3.3 again.
