Attempted to install Bacula on Ubuntu using Synaptic Package Manager, but system displayed an error message saying it had crashed!

I can confirm this on a maverick ec2 image (20100812), simply by running:
apt-get install bacula

You are prompted for information on setting up mysql, and then for info for bacula.
bacula then tries to connect to the mysql server that isn't running yet.

note, this is easily worked around by installing mysql-server first.
