Bug Description
I've put in the name of the venue, and the address. The map doesn't show the location, which is not helpful. I have to navigate there manually, and guess at the location to get the latlong filled in. This should be much easier when both the name and address of the venue are supplied. Google maps has the latlong info, and it should be filled in with one click on the venue on the map.

http:// lifehacker. com/267361/ how-to- find-latitude- and-longitude gives this line of javascript: javascript: void(prompt( '',gApplication .getMap( ).getCenter( )));
but this only works when the venue is exactly centered. Somehow the map should be automatically centered, and the named/placed venue marked!
