"apt-get build-dep adduser" does not download all build-deps

Bug Description

Binary package hint: apt

When running "apt-get build-dep adduser", apt-get does not install po4a, which is a build-dep-indep. aptitude isn't affected by this problem.

Can you reproduce this with a current Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS? I tried to reproduce it locally, but for me
$ apt-get source adduser
grabbed the po4a package:
...

As far as I know, this was only affecting Maverick. It's now fixed in both Ubuntu and Debian.
