Bug Description
In kate's document list on the left there are different icons for different states of opened files. There is a nice floppy disk for modified files, but when a file is unmodified, it shows an icon with a question mark.
(I am assuming, that this is a fallback icon and that the real one is missing and therefor this is a packaging bug. Don't know if that's true, though)
BTW: in previous versions unmodified files didn't show an icon.
This bug report is for kde 4.5.0 packages installed from ppa:kubuntu-

Log out of KDE and remove KDE cache (/tmp/kde-$USER, /var/tmp/ kdecache- $USER). It seems to have fixed this problem for me.
