Workspace switcher wnck-applet does not appropriately contrast active workspace

If there are lots of apps open, especially fullscreen ones, it's very difficult to tell which one is active by looking at the Workspace Switcher. See the attached file for an example in which three of the four workspaces appear active.

the issue seems rather a libwnck or theme one

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The issue that you reported is one that should be reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the development release - Oneiric Ocelot.
